Week 1-2
Taster Sessions
Kicking off our year with a bang, following on from our freshers fair appearance please join us for our famous taster sessions! Open to all skill and experience levels this is the best way to try out the club for free! We typically have a food based social afterwards too which is another great way to meet the committee and some new friends.
Week 2
Inter-Uni Social
Be ready to bring your social A game with this inter university collaboration with LSE Taekwondo! Expect to make great new friends and be part of our London taekwondo team building for one the most anticipated social events of the term!
Week 4
Aquila Open
Some of our competitors will be showing up to compete at the Aquila Poomsae Open held at the UEL Sports Dock. In true KCL style we are of course turning up to support our athletes, check out the pros and naturally get food after!
Week 6
Halloween Social
It's officially spooky season! Don your best outfit (doboks sadly do not count) and find your holiday spirit to join us for a night of K-BBQ , chatter, fun and of course games. Prizes are up for grabs for the best costume so get your thinking cap on early!
Week 9
Autumn BUCS
Gear yourself up for our first competition of the year! Prepare yourself to show off your sparring skills and poomsae prowess, or just your ability to cheer on the rest of the team! Based in London this competition sets the tone for the rest of the year and is a great way to dip your toes into the competitive circuit.
Week 11
Christmas Social
We wrap up our first term with everyone getting into the festive spirit! One of our most attended socials of the year takes the club out to Winter Wonderland then a quick costume change into matching holiday pajamas see's us through to the end of the eyar with hot chocolates and presents from St Nick!
