What's the difference between master and student led sessions?
Our master led sessions are in general more formal and intense. They are ran by instructors with formal coaching qualifications and 4th dan and above certifications.
There are different expectations for class etiquette as detailed in the club guidelines, notably the wearing of correct uniform and bowing. This reflects the qualification level of our instructors and makes our classes more inline with a typical dojang experience.

Our student led sessions are ran by our own students and will vary in intensity and formality dependant on the coach and session. In general these classes are more relaxed in etiquette and a great way to get in more training at your own pace.
