Things to know before you start
You will be required to upload a profile photo and a photo of photo ID so please have these to hand.
If you are entering into pairs or teams please contact Ori directly to confirm this group.
HOW TO:
Step 1
You must purchase a membership. If you haven't already find all our details on how to do this, including our enrolment form, here!
Step 2
Register for a BSTF account/license here (these are the organising body of the event. They have a set registration charge that will cover the whole academic year) You will need to select your pass level - if you are competing this will be A, B or C class student athlete. If you are unsure of which pass to purchase please check with committee before purchasing.
Step 3 Log back in to the BSTF website here and fill in your account details one tab at a time! You will be required to upload a profile photo & a photo of photo ID eg your driving license or passport.
You will then be given a temporary BSTF code which you will need to enter on the BUCS play account (see below).
Step 4
Download the BUCS play app and search under communities for Taekwondo 24-25. Join this community and from here you can see the competition under events.
Step 5
Select your chosen events to enter, you may need to search for these.
Please note if entering in WT Poomsae this is the category Kukkiwon patterns - this is what is being taught in our club.
Please note if entering as a pair or team for poomsae/tuls you must know the full name of your team mates to enter and must have confirmed this with Ori, the poomsae captain, beforehand so that the correct pair/team number can be given to you.
Step 6
Complete BUCS play sign up by filling in your details and registering for the event! Please note the prices on BUCS play are NOT prices you need to pay, these are charged to the SU who kindly cover the cost!

Fill in our BUCS3 application form here!
Step 8
Keep an eye out on our announcements to see if your application has been successful!
Our deadline for signups is Thursday 19th Feb Midnight. To have your application processed you MUST have done both our club sign up form AND entered on BUCS play. Please contact us with any queries and we would be happy to help out! More information can be found here from BSTF
